We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item(s) under the following policy:
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of this window.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at hellothreestrands@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.
Refunds & Credit

The total original purchase amount will be issued to you in the form of a gift card/store credit minus the $7 return shipping fee.

Store credit will be emailed to you once we have received and inspected your return.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
